Registration Guidelines & Refund Policy

Please read the registration instructions and cancellation policy carefully before completing your registration.

Registration Guidelines

  • Membership number is mandatory for registration in member category.
  • PG Students should submit the Bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with the Registration form.
  • If Accompanying Person/Spouse is a doctor wishing to attend scientific sessions and get certificate, please register as a separate delegate.
  • For all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable.
  • Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary (Government age ID proof is mandatory).
  • Registration fees include admission to scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners, and delegate kit.
  • Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any changes in date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays or failure of electronic communication.
  • All delegates must carry a government-approved photo ID for smooth onsite registration.
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only via cash/card/UPI. An additional 3.5% charge will be applicable on all card payments. Distribution of the delegate kit will be subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested via email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received on or before 31st March 2027.
  • A 30% refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received on or before 30th July 2027.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations received after 30th July 2027.
  • In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Organizing Committee.
  • The official date of the cancellation request will be determined by the email time stamp.
  • Refund amounts exclude GST charges as applicable in all categories.
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days after completion of the conference.
